2. What data do we collect?
Through the quote request form we collect: full name, company (optional), email, phone and additional information (optional). If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process the data you provide in that communication.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Prepare and send you the requested quote.
- Respond to your commercial or technical inquiries.
- Manage the business relationship arising from your order, where applicable.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is the execution of pre-contractual measures at your request (quote request) and, where applicable, the execution of the sales contract, as well as your explicit consent given by checking the acceptance box on the form.
5. Who is your data shared with?
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where legally required. To provide the service we use the following providers, which process data on our behalf (data processors):
- Web3Forms: the service that receives the contact form and forwards it to our email. This may involve an international data transfer outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards the provider offers in accordance with the GDPR.
- Google (Gmail): our email provider, where we receive and keep your requests. This may involve an international data transfer outside the European Economic Area.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp; WhatsApp's own terms then also apply.
- Shipping: if you place an order for delivery, we will give the carrier only the data needed for delivery.
6. Retention period
Data will be retained for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of processing and, once no longer necessary, will be deleted with appropriate security measures or kept blocked for the legally required period.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to comeucalipto@gmail.com, attaching a copy of your ID document. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.
8. Contact form and consent checkbox
Submitting the quote request form requires explicit, non-pre-checked acceptance of this Privacy Policy. Without this acceptance, we will not be able to process your request.
